🛍️ 1) Change Size or Color Option

  • ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please pay close attention—all clothes on our website are NOT standard sizes. Please carefully read the size chart of each item before placing your order.

  • Before Processing: You can modify your size or color option if the order hasn't been processed yet.

  • Once Processed: NO size or color modifications can be made once the order is under processing.


🚚 2) Change Shipping Address

  • Act Fast: Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before your order has been shipped.

  • Note: Changing the address in your personal account will NOT update the address for orders already under processing.

  • How to Change: Contact us via Online Chat or Email (Info@lolitaera.com) to inform us of the change.

  • After Shipping: The address cannot be changed once shipped. You must go to the original address to pick up the package or contact your local courier.

❌ We are NOT responsible for lost packages if:

  • You moved without informing us timely before shipping.

  • No one is home/reachable by phone during delivery.

  • The parcel is destroyed by the local express company due to long-term unavailability of the recipient.

  • The recipient never replies to our emails or SMS.


⚙️ Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Verification: Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

  • Schedule: Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • Contact: We will follow up via email if an item is out of stock. Please use a valid email address.

  • Exclusions: Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

💰 Cancellation Refund Policy:

  1. Full Refund (100%): For orders placed within 24 hours that have not been processed.

  2. 80% Refund: For "In-stock" orders that have already been processed.

  3. 60% Refund: For "Pre-order" items that have already been processed.

  4. No Cancellation: For orders that have already shipped.

  5. Processing: Refunds will be completed within 5 business days to your original payment method.


🔄 Order Return

  • ⏱️ Strict Deadline: Returns are NOT accepted if dropped off beyond 3 days after the delivery date.

  • Step 1: Contact us via chat or email within 3 days of receiving your package.

  • Step 2: Our team will send the return address if accepted.

  • ⚠️ Size Policy: Size not fitting is NOT a quality problem. Clothes are true to our specific charts, not standard sizing.

  • Step 3: Ship the package within 3 days after the return is accepted.

  • Step 4: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please use a trackable and insured method.


✅ Return Conditions & Policy

  • ✨ Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.

  • 🏷️ All tags must be attached and returned in original packaging.

  • 🔒 Security Tags: Missing or damaged security tags may result in a denied or delayed refund.

  • 👠 Footwear: Must include the original shoe box in its original condition (no postal labels on the box).

  • 🚫 Non-Refundable: Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Note: Customers are responsible for packages not collected in time, failed phone contacts, or unpaid customs duties. We cannot offer refunds for losses or destruction resulting from these circumstances.
