Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Estimated total: 6–23 business days
Order processing
We take care in preparing each order — standard processing time is 3–5 business days before your package ships.
Please double-check your shipping and billing details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may add 1–2 extra business days to processing.
Shipping & tracking
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–20 days depending on destination.
You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link — tracking info can take up to 48 hours to update, so don't worry if it's not live right away. If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Express shipping is available. Note that express and third-party carrier fees are non-refundable, and we aren't able to control carrier-side delays.
Delivery & signature
Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or front door without requiring a signature — but this is ultimately at the courier's discretion. If they judge it unsafe to leave, they'll hold it at a local post office or attempt redelivery.
If you're not usually home during the day, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package, like a work address.
International orders, customs & duties
Once your order ships, we're not able to cover customs fees charged on arrival — by placing an order, you're agreeing that these may apply depending on your country's import rules.
Taxes and duties are calculated on the original item price, even if a coupon was applied, per customs regulations.
A couple of things we can't do:
- Ship to P.O. Box addresses
- Process express shipping without a valid phone number
If something goes wrong
Damaged on arrival:
Please refuse to sign for a visibly damaged package and ask the courier for a damage report, then reach out to us right away.
Lost packages:
If DHL, UPS, or TNT confirms a package as lost, we'll resend or refund your order. Untracked airmail losses, unfortunately, can't be refunded.
Once a package leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for it in transit — for lost or damaged shipments, filing a claim directly with the carrier alongside us gets the fastest resolution.
