Total Delivery Time
The total time it takes for your order to reach you is the sum of two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3working days)+ Shipping Time(1 to 4 weeks)
Order Processing & Handling
❤Processing Time: Our team takes great care in preparing each order. The standard processing time is 1-3 business days before your package is shipped.
❤Order Accuracy: We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out. If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
❤Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, deliveries typically take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive.
❤Shipping Updates: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you do not see the shipping confirmation email in your inbox after one business day, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
❤Express Shipping: We also offer express shipping options. Please note that express shipping fees and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Package Delivery & Signature
❤Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, the delivery courier ultimately decides if the package can be left safely in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or reschedule the delivery. For this reason, we recommend using a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package, such as a work address or a friend's address.
International Shipping & Customs
❤Customs & Duties: We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country. We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government.
❤Pricing: Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).
❤Other Notes: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please be sure to provide a correct phone number with your order, as express carriers will not accept packages without one.
Lost or Damaged Packages
❤Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that is damaged, please refuse to sign for it and ask the delivery agent for a damage report. Then, contact us immediately.
❤Lost Packages: In the unlikely event that a package is lost after it has been shipped via DHL, UPS, or TNT, we will either resend or refund your order once the loss has been confirmed. However, we cannot offer a refund for lost airmail packages.
❤Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they have been shipped. We recommend that you file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
