Design Description
The pattern is fully inspired by The New Year’s Scene by Zhao Chang of the Northern Song Dynasty.We extract soft and elegant motifs from the painting: camellias, plum blossoms, daffodils and miniature rockeries for serene aesthetics,reinterpreted with a relaxed, French-style blank-space composition.Exquisite Song-style meticulous flower-and-bird brushwork is lightly printed across the peacock-blue skirt.The palette carries warm, translucent tones with gentle, delicate layers,gently enfolding the timeless elegant charm of Song Dynasty painting within the garment.

I was initially worried it might look cheap on... but omg, it’s stunning! The overall quality is great, it feels really high-end and textured. I couldn't tie it properly by myself so my waist looks a bit thick here, so you definitely want to get someone to help you lace up the ribbons to really cinch in that waistline. I’m wearing two petticoats with it—a thin pumpkin petticoat underneath and a black fluffy petticoat on top.
