A polka-dot bow sits at the collar, and the same striped hospital-chart print runs beneath it all, boxed in by black lace trim along the tiered skirt edges. The hem breaks into a busier scene — bandaged toy bears, teacups, and candy hearts crowding together like a toy ward mid-checkup — finished with a ruffle of black lace for a slightly darker, doll-horror edge.

I was initially worried it might look cheap on... but omg, it’s stunning! The overall quality is great, it feels really high-end and textured. I couldn't tie it properly by myself so my waist looks a bit thick here, so you definitely want to get someone to help you lace up the ribbons to really cinch in that waistline. I’m wearing two petticoats with it—a thin pumpkin petticoat underneath and a black fluffy petticoat on top.
