Washing Suggestions

The boned corset contains plastic bones. We recommend hand‑washing with mild neutral detergent. Do not machine‑wash. Wash dark‑colored and light‑colored items separately to prevent color bleeding.

Craft Notes

‑ Fabric is cut without fixed‑position layout. Prints may not align perfectly. The finished garment may differ slightly from the sample worn by mannequin/model. Please refrain from purchasing if this concerns you.

‑ Small white pin‑hole spots are unavoidable around stitching for digital‑printed fabric. Please refrain from purchasing if this concerns you.

‑ Bows are handmade; perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed. Minor deviations are normal. The train‑tail bow uses thin fabric with interfacing to maintain shape; slight wrinkling may occur, which is not a defect. Please refrain from purchasing if this concerns you.

‑ The garment is 3D‑pattern‑cut. Due to fabric softness, minor wrinkling at bust and waist areas, as well as wrinkling at dense embroidery sections, are normal characteristics. Please refrain from purchasing if this concerns you. 

‑ This OP features side zipper and upper‑section boning. The back lace‑up corset must be fully loosened for easy dressing / undressing. If the lace‑up is not completely untied, you may struggle to put on or take off the dress. We strongly recommend sizing up for customers with large bust circumference.

About Color Difference

All items are shot in‑kind. Slight color difference is unavoidable due to lighting and display screens. Fabric batch dye variance may also occur. Please place order carefully if you are sensitive to color shade. Returns & exchanges based solely on color difference will not be accepted.

About Thread Ends & Prints

Minor loose threads, fabric fluffs, sewing tightness variation, minor snagging caused by fabric property, intentional frayed / raw‑edge design (noted in advance), and loose/missing buttons (rare cases; we offer labor compensation for self‑repair or free‑shipping replacement service) are normal in garment production.

Prints are randomly cut without pattern matching. Items are handmade, so hand‑craft marks, occasional loose threads and small snags do not count as quality defects.

Important Reminders

‑ Non‑positioned fabric cutting: Print misalignment possible; slight difference from model/mannequin sample.
