Because the polka dot print already carries its own visual depth, the silhouette is kept deliberately simple — a round collar, ruffled hem, and bow detail that together shape a sweet, understated look.
The sleeves are a faux two-piece design: a puff sleeve layered over a long inner sleeve, echoing the overall retro feel.
