This is a stand collar, puffed long-sleeve cinched waist dress. The main skirt fabric is vertical textured fabric / pure cotton polka dot fabric, decorated with piano-key printed polka dot ribbons and satin bows.
Lace trim with eyelet lace is attached on both sides of the waist, accented with a satin bow at the center waist for exquisite detail. The puffed long sleeves adopt segmented cutting, with contrast ruffled cuffs decorated with musical note metal ornaments to enhance delicacy.
A large piano-key ribbon bow sits at the high waist. The skirt is double-layered: the outer layer features irregular piano-key printed ruffles, and the underlayer is a full gathered skirt of self-fabric. An underarm zipper and elastic panel are placed at the back, paired with an internal drawstring to adjust the waist, balancing aesthetics and wearability.
