The Peter Pan collar and puff sleeves are finished with delicate embroidered trim. The skirt hem features ribbon color-blocking paired with iridescent faux-bamboo cotton for a subtle shimmer that flatters without adding visual width. The back is constructed with a fabric-spliced zipper panel for a clean, refined finish. The skirt panel can be freely adjusted and secured at the waist via four button tabs on either side for a customized, comfortable fit.

I was initially worried it might look cheap on... but omg, it’s stunning! The overall quality is great, it feels really high-end and textured. I couldn't tie it properly by myself so my waist looks a bit thick here, so you definitely want to get someone to help you lace up the ribbons to really cinch in that waistline. I’m wearing two petticoats with it—a thin pumpkin petticoat underneath and a black fluffy petticoat on top.
